When you hear the word “Justice” what is it that you feel?
“Giving or receiving Credit and responsibility for actions”, does this sound like what you were thinking? There can be a beautiful symmetry to giving and receiving credit, but there can also be ego involved as well. In this card we see the two pillars, Boaz and Jachin, and they represent strength and beauty. Finding that balance of both strength and beauty may be the challenge of this day.
Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable… Every step toward the goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle; the tireless exertions and passionate concern of dedicated individuals.

Today will offer justice; perhaps it will be your opportunity to deal it out or it may be dealt to you. The deeper lesson for this is surrender, if you are dealing justice today surrender to what you know is right, good, and be very elegant with your actions. If justice is being dealt to you be equally elegant in your graciousness of receiving and know that this is your turn to surrender and accept what is offered. Remember this, this justice that we talk about today is not necessarily bad, perhaps it is praising someone or accepting praise for something that you have accomplished.
Have you felt slighted or perhaps unseeing when you have accomplished something that you felt was quite wonderful and no one seemed to notice?
There are times when the justice energy is only there to feed our own ego, remember in those times to look at the reasons your ego is standing up waving his hands and saying “look at me!”. In these times, perhaps the only recognition you need is the recognition for yourself. Remember the purest form of justice is love.
